How far in advance should I make my reservartion?

Because our inflatables are very popular we recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible.  One month in advance would be ideal.

 

What time do you deliver and pickup the inflatables?

Our first priority is our customers.  We will deliver 1 -2 hours before your scheduled event and pick up the inflatable when scheduled by the customer.

 

Can your inflatables be set up indoors?   

Yes!  We are able to set up indoors as well as outdoors.  Setting up indoors requires a ceiling height of at least 18 feet to allow for proper inflation. 

 

Why can't I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself to save on cost? 

Because safety is very important to us, we require that one of our trained staff members deliver, set up, and take down every inflatable.  Your set up area will be evaluated for proper accommodation, water run off, and power cord requirements.  Also every inflatable weighs in excess of 250 pounds, so safety in transportation must be considered also. 

 

How safe are our inflatables?

Our inflatables are designed with your childrens safety in mind.  We utilize tightly woven mesh netting so that even the smallest fingers cannot reach through and possibly get caught.  Every inflatable is sanitized before and after every rental period.  We also utilize the Watch Dog alarm system for added protection.  The inflatables are also secured in place with 42 inch long stakes. 

 

What is your rain policy?

The inflatables must not be utilized during periods of rain.  In the event of rain everyone should exit the inflatable and the blower turned off and unplugged.  The blower should then be covered with plastic to prevent it from being damaged.  Once the rain has passed the blower can be plugged in and turned back on.  Once the inflatable is dry it can then be re-entered.  Also, at no time can any inflatable be utilized with winds exceeding 15 MPH.

 

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes!  We require that you cancel your reservation atleast 24-hours from the date of your event.  If you cancel within the 24-hour window your security deposit will be non-refundable.  Our inflatables are rented frequently and last minute cancellations do not allow us an opportunity to rent them for that day.  We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time due to heavy rains and high winds.  There is no penalty to the renter in the event your reservation is cancelled by Carrot Tops Inflatables.  If your event is cancelled by Carrot Tops Inflatables for safety reasons we will reschedule your event and you will receive a 10% discount for the rescheduled rental period.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes.  We require a $50.00 deposit per inflatable when placing your order.  The remaining balance will be collected when your inflatable is delivered and set up.  Deposits can be paid via cash, check, or money order.    

 

What method of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, money orders.  If paying with money order or check please make payable to Carrot Tops Inflatables.  

 

How do I make a reservation?

You can make reservations by clicking on the "Contact Us" icon or by calling 910-340-3379.  If your call is not immediately answered we will return your call within 24 hours.  Insure you leave a brief message with your name, number, date of event, and requested inflatable.  

 

Water slide details

The wet/dry slide will support a total weight of 300 pounds - children or adults.  Naturally we have to go through the enjoyment of testing everything that we rent and we can tell you from experience that this slide is well worth it.  The reason that the rental period ends at 6:00 pm is due to the excessive amount of time that is required in taking the slide down.  If you plan on renting the slide allow for a 45 minute set up time.
